Description of Course

Most business leaders are stressed, exhausted, and overworked. There’s endless deliverables and uncertainty. Stakes are high. And oftentimes, a holistic mindset isn’t a priority.

But what if showing up as your full self - with your mind, body, heart, and values - was the untapped secret to success?

Join us on April 16th to learn the fundamentals of holistic leadership.

What you will learn:

We’ll explore mind-body strategies that address key aspects of leadership including:

  • Effective Communication
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Managing conflict
  • Modifying behavior
  • Navigating change
  • Reducing stress

You’ll learn how this holistic approach not only supports the success and well being of leaders, but those of their companies and communities as well.
