Description of Program

When passionate and talented coaches get the right support and tools to extend their practice, amazing things happen in their careers and in the lives of the clients they serve. We have heard this from many coaches. ICF is aimed to do exactly that. Our state chapter is especially poised to make strides for its coaches and community. Not only we are large by the numbers (at 500 plus members), we are investing in big impact strategies.

As we wrap up on Coach week, please come with us to learn about these strategies and engage in the “I-to-We” momentum we are building together.

What you will learn:

  • How ICFWA is promoting coaching in the local communities and how you can partner

  • The resources ICF offers for you to thrive as a coach

  • How the ICF credentialing is changing to continue to raise the bar of our profession making it compelling and competitive

  • How ICF Global and ICFWA are creating a new future for the coaches by being futuristic themselves

Sharmin Banu and Anu Arora, with sassiness and character, bring the grand finale to the Coach Week, Striding forward with ICF Washington. Join us!
