Description of Course

This workshop combines visual media and improv exercises to generate an embodied awareness and understanding of the brain’s executive function. People with ADHD (and other non-typical neuro-types) often suffer in their lives due to a deficit of executive function.During this workshop you will learn how to recognize some of the ways in which clients with ADHD present this deficit, how executive function works, and simple strategies for working with clients who identify with ADHD.
