Carol Hedly is a Program Manager at Microsoft.  Carol builds, facilitates, and manages thought provoking leadership development and learning solutions which help leaders realize and improve their impact; helping business' achieve their goals. She has been impactuful in identifying and creating development strategies for senior high-potential leaders and key talent.  Carol has extensive experience in successfully leading complex, enterprise-wide, organizational effectiveness projects and global talent management programs.

Ron Poindexter is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the manager for one of the foundation’s leader/manager programs, Gear Up.  Having been at the foundation for most of its history, he has been a part of creating the foundation's manager/leader development and performance management programs.  Ron has also been trained as a pastor, and applies that sensibility to his work at the foundation, helping employees and teams learn and grow.

Kelly Holm is an award-winning leader and leadership coach, and an accredited coaching supervisor. Leveraging 30 years of corporate experience, including hands-on executive leadership roles, Kelly has coached over 450 executive leaders from over 15 countries and 30 industries, including 100 Best Companies and the Fortune 50. Both clients and colleagues describe her as a “gifted coach,” with a unique blend of hands-on experience, deep insight, strategic perspective, and dedication to helping clients achieve sustainable results

Denise Tegel manages the 777 Leadership Coaching team, an experienced team of internal professional Boeing coaches who coach and support the 777 Operations managers with a focus on developing leaders to their highest potential, both professionally and personally, in alignment with the company’s desired business results.  Denise and her team of coaches strive to cultivate an environment of leadership development that leads to a management team who inspires others through leadership and engagement, resulting in improved safety, quality, morale and productivity. 

SUE MCNAB, SPHR is Vice President and Chief People Services Officer for PEMCO Insurance.  Sue is responsible for Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development  and Community Relations.


Carol is a consultant and executive coach whose success is driven out of her passion for learning and helping others learn. She strategizes, initiates and mobilizes to build programs that align with organizational needs. In T-Mobile terms she ‘goes big but is able to stay scrappy’ in the delivery of programs that are creative, successful and yet cost effective.
